Congratulations to Mysti Gates for being nominated for the November Teacher of the Month by the Orientation to Teaching classes at Mena High School. One student said, “She goes above and beyond in helping students as much as she can. Mrs. Gates explains things she teaches in a way I can understand. I have learned more in the one semester that I have had her than in any of my other English classes combined.¨ Another student commented ¨she is always doing more than she has to and you can really tell that she cares for her students”. Mrs. Gates will receive a certificate and a twenty-five dollar gift card from Walmart.
