Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders proclaimed Mena as Arkansas' "Capitol for a Day" on Friday. Part of the day was spent at Louise Durham Elementary where she and the Secretary of the Arkansas Department of Education, Jacob Oliva, spoke with student ambassadors from Holly Harshman Elementary and toured several classrooms.
