Congratulations to Mena High School Band Director Mr. Charles Morgan for winning the Mena/Polk County Chamber of Commerce Educator of the Year award at the chamber banquet on Thursday. Mena Public Schools also had two other excellent nominees, Colby Singleton and Savannah Todd.
