The Arkansas Governor's Scholastic Honors Day was held on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the Governor's Mansion in Little Rock. It was hosted by Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders as she and the First Gentleman recognized students for their academic excellence. Each high school selected two senior students to represent their school. The event celebrated the state's best and brightest students.
Mena High School was represented by Eli Swall and Allison Howard. Eli Swall is the son of Steve and Stacy Swall.
Allison Howard is the daughter of Scotty and Kimberly Howard.
