Basic Requirements – Associates Degree in Information Technology or Certificate of Proficiency in Information Technology plus 1-2 yrs work experience.
Basic Job Duties will include:
• Installing hardware and software systems
• Maintaining or repairing equipment
• Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues
• Setting up computer security measures
• Configuring computer networks
• Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email
• Other duties as assigned
