Mena High School junior Raphael Overturf was recognized at the state capitol today as a 2022 Arkansas Diamond Student. Raph was one of only 12 students in the state to be recognized & he also sang the National Anthem to begin the ceremony. The award is for alternative education students who show exemplary progress in the alternative education environment,
