Mena Golf travelled at the Magnolia Country Club on Thursday. Of the 6 boys' teams, Mena placed 3rd, beating the higher-ranked Hamburg Lions. Mena boys are now ranked 10th in the state for 4A. Richie Davis tied for medalist with Knox Stephens of Magnolia. The boys who represented Mena at this match were Max Zavala, Rich Davis, Marcus Graves, Peyton Tidwell, and Gabe Elizalde. Chandler Dover placed 8th for the girls. Mena will play at the Waldron country Club on Tuesday, August 25th and at the DeGray Country Club in Arkadelphia on Thursday, August 27th.
