MENA, Ark. — The Arkansas Department of Education released its annual school and district report cards on Thursday, and Mena Public Schools maintained an overall grade of “B.”

All schools within the district also received a “B” rating. Mena Middle School and Mena High School each improved their grades from a “C” to a “B,” reflecting the continued commitment of students, teachers, staff members, families, and administrators.

In addition, Mena Middle School was recognized as an Arkansas GEM School for achievement in mathematics.

Mena Public Schools is proud of the progress being made throughout the district and remains committed to providing every student with opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed.
