Members of the Mena Public Schools administrative team recently participated in the Arkansas Association of Educational Administrators (AAEA) Summer Conference, joining school leaders from across the state to collaborate, learn, and prepare for the upcoming school year.

This year's conference theme, "Building Arkansas's Future Workforce," focused on the vital role public education plays in preparing students for success in life beyond graduation. Sessions highlighted innovative instructional practices, school leadership, workforce development partnerships, student achievement, and strategies for meeting the evolving needs of Arkansas communities.

The conference provided administrators with opportunities to hear from education leaders, participate in professional development workshops, and exchange ideas with colleagues from districts across the state. These experiences help school leaders bring new perspectives and best practices back to their campuses and classrooms.

Mena Public Schools remains committed to continuous improvement through professional learning and collaboration. By investing in its leadership team, the district continues to strengthen instructional programs, support educators, and expand opportunities that prepare students to become productive members of Arkansas's future workforce.

As the new school year begins, Mena Public Schools looks forward to implementing ideas and strategies gained from the conference to continue serving students, families, and the Mena community with excellence.
