Each class will have a team and compete against each other on November 4th. The cost is $3 to play and all proceeds go to Relay for Life. It will cost $5 and ends at 11:30pm. The first NEHS meeting is Wednesday, October 2 in Room 207, Mrs. Neufeld’s room. Current members and those who expressed interest in NEHS during the Club Fair should attend the meeting.

The Mena Basscats competed in the Trader Bills High School Bass Tournament on Sunday. Austin Johnston and Cason Cannon took 2nd place in the Senior high division. The Basscats will be back in action next weekend on Millwood Lake.

The Mena Sr Girls played in a tournament at Lakeside today. The Ladycats defeated Lake Hamilton and Pottsville 2-0 in pool play. Split with Marion 1-1 in pool play. The Ladycats tied for 1st in their pool & advanced to the gold bracket as the 2 seed. Mena fell to Lakeside, the eventual tournament champion, 2-0. The girls will play at Shiloh on Monday..

The Jr Ladycats played in the Jessieville Tournament on Saturday. The varisty won the championship in the Gold bracket against Batesville Southside. The JV won the championship in the silver bracket against Christian Ministries Academy. Go Ladycats!
