Congratulations to Devan Adams #43! The Bearcat Coaches selected Devan, a senior defensive back, as Farm Bureau Insurance Player of the Week (Week 4). Though it was Mena's first loss of the season, Devan stayed strong with an interception, 3 pass breakups, and multiple tackles.
Devan is the son of Trina Adams, was born in Mena and raised on the family farm, known by locals as Campbell's Dairy, near Yocana. When not attending school, Devan enjoys hanging out with his friends and just about any physical sprt or hobby. Next year, he plans to attend UA Rich Mountain to begin his journey towards a career in Special Education or Physical Therapy.
Head Coach Craig Bentley and Agent Nikki N. Cureton presented Devan with the Farm Bureau Insurance Game Ball.
This Friday night the Bearcats face the Pottsville Apaches for Mena's Homecoming game for 2019. Get out there and support these young men! Farm Bureau Insurance is a proud supporter of Mena Bearcat athletics! #FBFootballPlayeroftheWeek2019 #Week4 #GoBEARCATS #OURcommunityIStheBEST
