
Mena Middle School FCCLA, FBLA, and Yearbook students attended the annual Magic Springs School Day. This is the end of the year celebration for these groups.


Wednesday was the final day of the Little Cat Volleyball Camp!

Mena Middle School 6th grade students enjoyed a day of information and fun. Polk County Sheriff Scott Sawyer and Deputy Justin Wagner talked with students about careers in law enforcement, dangers of vaping and much more. Students also watched an education video on vaping in the library. To wrap up the day the National Guard provided their obstacle course for students.


2024 Seniors had a graduate walk through on each Mena campus on Wednesday.

The final night of the Little Ladycat Basketball Camp was Thursday in the Union Bank Center. There was a huge turnout of 1st-7th graders. GO LADYCATS!

MMS 6th graders Paul and Tristan delivered a thank you note (created by Ms. Leann Johnson) signed by all 6th grade students to MRHS! Thanks again MRHS for hosting us for the 2024 Careers of Mena Field trip!


Arkansas Statewide Computer Science Specialist Ashley Kincannon visited Mena Middle School Computer Science classes. They learned how to code Circuit Playgrounds and literally light up the room!


Mena Middle School 6th grade Career Day at Mena Regional Health System. Students were treated to educational tours of the different departments at the hospital, lunch and engaging activities. Thank you MRHS for hosting our crew!

MMS 7th grader Francesca Vacca competed in the Mid-Level FBLA State Leadership Conference. She was tested on her knowledge of FBLA Concepts. She placed 4th overall in the state and qualified for nationals in Orlando, Florida. Congratulations Francesca!


2022-2023 MMS yearbook staff was just awarded the National Yearbook Program of Excellence. This award recognizes an outstanding performance by the yearbook advisor and staff and has earned the GOLD level of the National Yearbook Program of Excellence.
